1. Agreement
By creating a DentalRx account you agree to these terms. DentalRx is operated by Musketeers Idea Ltd., Dhaka, Bangladesh.
2. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance in Bangladeshi Taka. The Free plan is offered with the feature limits shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use DentalRx for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to breach its security, and to ensure that everyone you give access to is authorised to view your clinic and patient data.
4. Clinical responsibility
DentalRx is a record-keeping and practice-management tool. All clinical decisions, prescriptions and treatment remain the sole professional responsibility of the treating dentist.
5. Availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
6. Data ownership and export
Your clinic owns its data. You may request a full export at any time, including after cancellation.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or remain unpaid beyond the grace period.
