1. Information we collect
When you request a demo, apply to become a ProAdvisor, or contact us, we collect the name, phone number, email address, clinic name and district you provide. We also collect standard technical information such as IP address and browser type.
2. How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule demos, provide support, and send occasional product updates. We do not sell your data to any third party.
3. Clinical and patient data
Patient records created inside the DentalRx application belong to the clinic. They are stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure, isolated per clinic, and accessible only to users the clinic authorises. Musketeers Idea Ltd. staff access clinic data only when the clinic explicitly requests support.
4. Data security
We apply role-based access control, encrypted transmission (HTTPS), automated daily backups and full audit trails of user activity.
5. Cookies
We use a single cookie to remember your language preference (English or Bangla), plus standard analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to correct or delete your contact information at any time by emailing support@dentalrx.app.
